Montessori Children's House of Shady Oaks.

Teacher training

Our infant/toddler programs are under the direction of a Montessori trained Assistants to Infancy Guide, and supported by an experienced teacher and classroom assistants. Each primary class has a Montessori Primary Guide who works together with a classroom assistant to make an effective team. All of our staff meets the State of California requirements for early childhood educators. Our Montessori guides possess a diploma certifying completion of the Association Montessori Internationale teacher training program in the age range for which they teach.

Association Montessori Internationale

Our classroom assistants are an important part of our staff. Our assistant teachers all meet the State of California qualifications for early childhood educators, and most have recieved an AA degree in Early Childhood Education.
