Why Montessori? “I was taken with the Montessori philosophy when I first observed a classroom in 1972. The children were working independently, quietly, & cooperatively. The materials were so visually pleasing & concrete, and being a visual learner myself they caught my attention. The Montessori philosophy meets my needs as well as the children’s needs, and with respect of one another we can build lasting relationships & a love of learning forever.”
